Terms of sale

These Terms govern the reservation, by any client organisation, of one or more seats at the Masterclass IA & Cybersécurité 2026 Summit, held in Abidjan from 8 to 12 June 2026.

Registration is strictly reserved for organisations (B2B). It is carried out exclusively via the online form on the official website.

Pricing and financial terms are communicated individually by an Masterclass advisor, within 24 business hours after receipt of the request.

Registration is only firm and final once (i) formal agreement on terms is reached, (ii) the confirmation document is signed, and (iii) payment is received according to the agreed terms.

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the Summit: full refund, excluding bank fees.
• Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before: 50% of payment retained.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before: no refund.
• Substitution of a participant by another executive from the client organisation: possible up to 7 days before the Summit, at no charge.

Masterclass IA & Cybersécurité 2026 undertakes to deliver the programme as described at confirmation, to deliver the "Certified Strategic Cybersecurity & AI Governance Analyst" certification — co-issued by the GWU School of Business and the Center for Cyber Diplomacy and Leadership (CCDL) — to participants who complete the curriculum, and to make the associated educational resources available.

In the event of force majeure preventing the Summit from being held (natural disaster, health crisis, decision by a public authority), Masterclass IA & Cybersécurité 2026 will offer a postponement or refund, with no further indemnification.

Educational materials remain the property of Masterclass IA & Cybersécurité 2026 and The George Washington University. Participants undertake to respect the confidentiality of discussions and real-world cases presented in session.

These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution within 30 days, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Abidjan.
